I lived here for a few years. The first year was excellent. The company that owned it at the time was wonderful and they had a great live-in superintendent in the building. Any time something needed fixing it was quickly tended to. Halfway through my second year it was bought out by O.C.A.H Properties. They bought the leases so we had no choice but to wait out the lease. The old superintendent left (I don't blame him). HORRIBLE owners. Chris is an alright guy but dealing with Peter or Wendall was downright impossible. Our dishwasher was broken for months and no one came to look at it despite multiple complaints. Oh and your damage deposit? Good luck getting that back. By law it is supposed to be back to you in 10 days. After they said they would mail it, that never happened. I called weekly until finally someone agreed to meet me to get it back (months later). I would NEVER live in any building owned by O.C.A.H properties ever again. Stay away. They care about money, not you.
