Would Not recommend. Very Very poor management. Extremely understaffed they have maybe 6 employees between the two buildings to maintain and clean 250+ units. Dirty, only hot water maybe 50% of the time this lasted about 3 months despite the complaints from numerous tenants.

Worst management, lot of bugs in units, There is no proper maintenance to remove ice on sidewalks. Present resident manger is worst, she acts like an arrogant employer towards her tenants.

This winter the snow removal has been terrible. There is ice everywhere and there is no place for pedestrians to walk except on the driveways leading in and out of the apartment gates. The sidewalks are solid ice. So are the parking lots. Residents have helped each other in getting their vehicles out. But there is no attempt from the building management to salt or sand the grounds. I thank God everytime I get home without hurting myself.
