Worst place I've ever lived. The staff are inattentive and unhelpful. The building is full of mice and cockroaches. When things inevitably break it is impossible to get them fixed, nothing has been simple, or easy in the years that I've been a resident. There are constant interruptions to your daily life ex fire alarm testing, pool and hot tub closures, random unit inspections, construction for 1+ years. Never ever live here

This place has CockRoches, and mice, and bedbugs. they do not do anything about it, "they sent the maintenance guy up" when the clearly did not, they said this problem in our apartment has been going on for about a year now ?????( we sublet from someone and they had the issues before hand) so how come nothing has been done about it by now i do not know, but this place is the worst place for maintenance and serious issues, they dont care about it. I put my maintenace request in the day we moved when we noticed the issues, and 2 weeks later not one person came to look at it, we were after them about it for 3 weeks. The attitude that comes from the people who work there is terrible ! They expect you to get rid of these NASTY bugs, when we pay for them to do it. They over Change for their apartments, exct.... do not move here. By FAR the worst place I've ever lived, and i'm not someone to complain but this is bad.

NEVER RENT AT THE PLAZA 1881 BRUNSWICK STREET! In the year I rented this unit I found 3 dead mice and the rental office entered my apartment on THREE occasions unannounced, I have also had to file a complaint with the NS Tenancy Board I moved out mid April 2013 and my lease was up April 30, Out inspection was complete April 14 with no issues identified. Thank God I have a copy of the out inspection; the rental office is completely unorganized and is STILL unable to provide me with a time frame when my cheque will arrive from head office for the return of the damage deposit and they will not return my calls or emails
