Great location, fairly new, and very clean. The superintendent is very attentive and helpful. Whether it's a broken light bulb or loud neighbours, it's always looked after.

The units themselves are small but comfortable. The thin walls allow you the hear EVERYTHING happening next door to you and above you. We had a silver fish problem but it was looked after once we notified our super.

Overall, good place to live!

The building is new, which is a big plus. It's well taken care of, and the owners are very good at keeping it maintained. Unlike some landlords, they seem to spend beyond the bare necessity (i.e. yearly window washing, nice common furniture, etc). Of course the flip side is the rent is probably a bit higher as a result.

The superintendent is very good at keeping parties to a minimum, and was always very responsive in addressing problems.
