What's one of the most annoying things about apartment hunting? Checking for new rentals every day. Now those days are over, as new rentals come to you!

To use this new feature, simply do a search for an apartment rental that meets your needs.Then click the "Notify of New Listings" button on the left. Enter your email address and we'll automatically send you new rentals that match your search, as soon as they become available. You will only receive a maximum of one email per day, can cancel anytime, and we promise to never share or spam your email.

You'll never miss the perfect rental again, and you won't have to worry about going online every day and manually checking for new rentals.

Imagine you're a student finishing up your winter semester. Although you're probably cramming for your last exams and making summer plans, in the back of your mind you're already worrying about finding an apartment for September. The Fall apartment hunt is competitive and you want a good place to live, but you don't want to spend all summer constantly checking for new rentals. Problem Solved: Simply sign up for rental alerts, and as soon as a new rental comes available that matches your criteria, you'll be the first to know! As an added bonus, another feature we added is the ability for you to bookmark your searches. Every time you do a search on Rent Donkey, the website address (URL) is updated instantly. Simply click your browser's Bookmark/Favorite button, and your exact search will be saved. Or copy the URL and send it to a friend and share your search.
