1326 Lower Water St, Halifax

Quiet, well managed, friendly people. The inner courtyard is an oasis-lovely to sit out there in the warmer months. Love the location-across the street from the boardwalk, around the corner from the Wired Monk coffee shop and their Hello Dolly bars, other eateries that I've not yet explored, so close to Seaport Market and a short walk to the Superstore. The neighbourhood feels vibrant and when I walk out the front doors I'm on the doorstep or down the street from so much that is happening. And from my deck, I love watching the big cruise ships turn around . They are right there in front of me, blocking the harbour from site.
