The guy running this place has no idea what he is doing, nice places but the way he runs things are terrible. He doesnt know the business side of things. This guy is in debt, and over renting these town house with little back yard, and not mention has 30 or so town houses in one area no need to pay 1,150 a month. Shouldnt have to pay more than 800 when you have to pay for your own utilities and no washer and dryer. Some of the basements arent even finished.
